J.G. Petrucci Company Signs Over 479,000 Square Feet in New Leases and Renewals Across the Lehigh Valley

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), a leading Development and Design/Build firm, announced that it has successfully signed 479,361 square feet of new leases and renewals over the past six months across its Lehigh Valley industrial portfolio.
The leases span multiple key properties across the region and reflect J.G. Petrucci’s ongoing success in attracting and retaining prominent industrial tenants amid sustained demand for Class-A logistics and flex space.
Leases at Lehigh Valley Commerce Center
The most significant leasing activity occurred at the Lehigh Valley Commerce Center at 191, located at 4730 Hanoverville Road in Nazareth, where Petrucci completed three new transactions totaling 243,750 square feet. Jeff Lockard, Maria Ratzlaff and Kevin Lammers of JLL represented Petrucci in the transactions. Tenants include:
- Shift4 Payments, LLC leased 65,000 SF represented by Jeffrey Baker with Cresa.
- Cold Chain Technologies, LLC leased 97,500 SF. Mike Adams and Sarah Finney with NAI Summit represented Cold Chain Technologies.
- Savers leased 81,250 SF. Seth Geldzahler at JLL represented Savers.

PennPak Solutions, Inc. leased 52,500 SF at 16 South Commerce Way, in Bethlehem. The manufacturer produces and packages supplements and beverage powders, as well as nutrition and protein bars for various brands.
These new tenants join a growing roster of leading companies that have chosen the Lehigh Valley for its strong labor market, connectivity, and access to major distribution corridors.
Renewals Reflect Long-Term Confidence
In addition to new leases, several major tenants renewed their commitments within J.G. Petrucci’s industrial portfolio:
- Hygrade Metal renewed 40,000 SF at 1990 Highland Avenue in Bethlehem. Timothy Pennington from Binswanger (Philadelphia) represented Hygrade Metal in the transaction.
- Niagara Bottling, LLC renewed 99,782 SF at 6980 Snowdrift Road, Allentown. Jim Belcher, Nick Pickard, Stephen Cook and Michael Spaeder of Newmark represented Niagara in the transaction.
- Avient Corporation renewed 43,329 SF at 2198 Industrial Drive, Bethlehem. Mitchell Flugstad-Clarke and Ryan Barros from CBRE in Radnor, PA represented Avient in the transaction.
