Niagara Bottle, LLC, a national leader in high quality affordable bottled water, has renewed their lease at 6980 Snowdrift Road in Allentown. The company leases 99,782 sq. ft. on 10.59 acres of land. Renovated in 2018, the building continues to be attractive to Niagara for its mid-size footprint and additional trailer storage parking. The building will continue to serve as a distribution facility for Niagara®.

Aerix Industries / Cellular Concrete Solutions, LLC, a global manufacturer, and supplier of foaming concentrates has signed a renewal at 7020 Snowdrift Road in Allentown. The company leases 6,390 sq. ft. in the 41,390 sq. ft. multi-tenant building. The space has allowed the foam solutions to innovate and grow quickly while maintaining a small footprint.

Louis P. Canuso, Inc., a wholesale distributor of pipes, valves, and fittings, has renewed their lease at 7522 Morris Court in Allentown. Canuso occupies 30,000 sq. ft. in the 110,000 sq. ft. facility, and utilized the space to serve customers in five nearby states: NJ, PA, DE, MD and NY.
