J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Acquires 1920 Spillman Drive in Bethlehem, PA

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), a leader in real estate Development and Design/Build construction, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 1920 Spillman Drive, Bethlehem, PA 18015. The property, spanning approximately five acres of improved land and featuring a 40,000-square-foot flex building, was purchased from Lehigh Valley Industrial Park, Inc. (LVIP). The deal closed on December 20, 2024.

Originally developed as a versatile flex building, the facility at 1920 Spillman Drive is currently occupied by Continental Cup Company, a distinguished manufacturer of cup products serving various service industries.
