Petrucci Welcomes Residents to Newest Multifamily Development in Hatboro, PA

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s most respected Development and Design/Build organizations, recently delivered The Station at Hatboro, a brand new 102-unit multifamily development with 4,732 square feet of street-level retail space in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This development revitalized a underused property along North York Road that was previously home to a mix of commercial buildings. After a thorough planning and conditional use review process with the borough, the design was refined to reflect the character and charm of the downtown neighborhood. Construction began in Spring 2025, and was completed by Petrucci’s in-house construction management firm, Iron Hill Construction Management.
