The Station at East Orange Welcomes Playa Bowls to Retail Space

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, recently announced that Playa Bowls will be leasing 1,924 square feet of retail space within The Station at East Orange, a luxury apartment complex in East Orange, New Jersey.  The complex, owned and operated by Petrucci, is pleased to welcome this Acai shop specializing in superfruit bowls and smoothies.

Playa Bowls is tapping into the growing demand for superfruit bowls, smoothies and cold brew by opening a new location in East Orange. The shop is ideally located less than a half mile from New Jersey Transit’s East Orange station, and within walking distance of a bustling shopping district, offering a prime setting for the brand’s expansion. The addition of Playa Bowls provides a convenient, healthy snack and meal option for tenants of The Station at East Orange, adding to the appeal of this thriving 172-unit community.

The turnkey construction improvements were completed by Petrucci’s in-house construction firm, Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill). The new space features custom millwork with a beach theme, along with artistic murals and signage.
