J.G. Petrucci Company Inc., one of the region’s leading development and design/build construction firms, recently announced the turnkey sale of 4650 Braden Boulevard East, Easton, PA, to industry leader TSW Alloy Wheels (TSW). One of the oldest aftermarket wheel companies in the world, TSW, first opened a distribution center in Southern California before expanding its presence in the United States market to eight distribution centers. Their newest acquisition will feature a newly constructed 105,840 sq. ft. state-of-the-art distribution warehouse center located in the Lehigh Valley.
A key player in the international automotive alloy wheels market, TSW recognized 4650 Braden Boulevard East’s superb access to the Northeast’s major metropolitan regions, allowing them to expand further into the Northeast market. The site’s location puts more than 40% of the Nation’s population within a single day’s drive and will allow TSW to meet current market demands by providing customers with their product within 24-48 hours.
“The team at Petrucci was great to work with and delivered a highly functional state-of-the-art building. They accommodated all of our needs and helped us to hit the ground running on day one,” explains Terence Scheckter, CEO of TSW Alloy Wheels. “The location in the Lehigh Valley will give us the ability to deliver to a massive amount of customers within 24 hours.”
Situated on 9.6 acres, TSW’s new distribution warehouse facility features 36′ clear height, a capacity of up to 26 dock doors, two drive-in doors, motion sensor LED lighting, ESFR Fire Sprinkler System, and 4,000 AMP electric. The site’s location in Easton, Pennsylvania, provides excellent access to Route 33 and is minutes from New Jersey.
“Our top priority is to create quality facilities for our clients that will stand the test of time,” explains Executive Vice President Joe Correia. “We are thrilled to support the growth of TSW Alloy Wheels. 4650 Braden Boulevard East is ideally located in the Lehigh Valley, making this acquisition a tremendous opportunity for TSW.”
The distribution facility for TSW will be divided into two suites, with TSW occupying approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of the building.
