J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management delivered a 121,644 sq. ft. Class-A warehouse facility for Link Logistics at 2 Hilton Court in Parsippany, New Jersey. The project involved the redevelopment of a former office site, replacing the previously demolished headquarters of Daiichi Sankyo with a modern industrial facility tailored to current logistics demands.
The precast panel building was designed to meet high performance and sustainability standards, targeting LEED Certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. The redevelopment transformed a long-vacant property into a functional, efficient warehouse asset, contributing to the revitalization of the site while supporting Link Logistics’ growing industrial portfolio in Northern New Jersey.
