J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., in partnership with BGO, is completing the Design/Build of a 216,000 sq. ft. cold storage facility at 757 Hellertown Road in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, located within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII. This project marks the client’s first cold storage facility and represents a significant expansion of their distribution capabilities in the Northeast.
The facility was designed to meet the demanding standards of modern cold storage operations and will support efficient storage and handling of temperature-sensitive products. Petrucci and BGO are collaborating closely to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that positions the client for long-term growth in the Lehigh Valley market.
