The German-based botanical manufacturer, Martin Bauer Group, established themselves in the United States by opening an office in Secaucus, New Jersey. After successfully building their office brand, they turned to J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to help them establish a manufacturing presence in the United States.
Staying within driving distance of their East Coast office, Martin Bauer Group partnered with J.G. Petrucci to locate the perfect site for their manufacturing needs. While remaining conscious of their strict timeline and budget, J.G. Petrucci worked closely with members of both the United States and European teams to ensure that the final site would exceed their manufacturing and distribution needs.
In 2019, J.G. Petrucci delivered a 48,600 sq. ft. food-grade industrial facility to the botanical manufacturer. The Martin Bauer Group facility features five loading docks, ample parking, and a drive-in door.
