J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. worked closely with Prime Foods to design a facility that will accommodate the company’s current real estate need and strategically plan for its future growth.
Prime Foods revitalized two vacant buildings located at 2320 Avenue A in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, taking advantage of the connectivity and interstate access the Lehigh Valley offers. The 8,000 sq. ft. facility is constructed to USDA and GFSI processing standards, features new insulated metal panels, refrigeration equipment, a new freezer slab, and more.
Phase 2 of the project includes the renovation of a 72,000 sq. ft. building, which will serve as Prime Foods’s processing facility and office space, creating approximately 75 new jobs upon completion.
J.G. Petrucci also completed a 30,000 sq. ft. expansion for Prime Foods on top of their headquarters.
