Construction Update from The Station at Willow Grove

Just over one year ago, J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its newest residential community in Willow Grove, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The Station at Willow Grove is the latest smart-growth, transit-oriented, redevelopment project that J.G. Petrucci has added to its 2,000 unit residential portfolio located throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The new community will feature 275 apartment homes coupled with office and retail space available for lease.

Since April 2018, J.G. Petrucci has transformed the 6-acre parcel and continues to bring new life and energy into the Willow Grove community with its $85-million mixed-use urban redevelopment project. The +400-space covered parking garage and community framing are complete, and the construction team continues to make progress on the building’s exterior façade.

Now that the parking garage and framing is complete, construction has begun on the community’s interior amenities and apartment homes. The community will feature a contemporary design with a wide array of first-class amenity spaces such as two meticulously landscaped courtyards, Olympic style swimming pool, elegant clubroom with free wi-fi, pool tables, cutting-edge fitness center, and more!

For this project, J.G. Petrucci worked with real estate broker, Pat McCabe, CBRE, to assemble eleven (11) properties that created a 6-acre parcel. McCabe worked persistently to ensure the best possible scenario for all parties involved in this transaction.
