J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. served as the Master Design/Build Developer for the St. Luke’s University Health Network, Richard A. Anderson Campus. The 130,000 square foot, LEED certified, state of the art facility is comprised of two medical buildings and Cancer Center.
All land development approvals including the coordination of the Interim Highway Occupancy Permits were obtained by J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc.

J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. recently completed the design/build development of a 49,000 SF Medical Office building located at 3100 Emrick Blvd. in Bethlehem, PA. The medical facility is located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI and features excellent access to Routes 22, 33, and I-78.
The new facility features an imaging and diagnostic center, occupational therapy and rehabilitation center, as well as primary care.
J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. completed the design/build construction of a 55,000 square foot medical facility for MidJersey Orthopaedics. MidJersey Orthopaedics is a full service Orthopaedic and Neurological practice that serves patients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The trained surgeons provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care to patients with the convenience of the latest industry technology. The 55,000 square foot facility features onsite, instant digital x-ray and open MRI scanning.
Not only did J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. complete the design/build for the first-class medical facility, but the team also assisted with town approvals, financing, and engineering.
