J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to Complete First Project in Tennessee For Repeat Client Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc.

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected Development and Design/Build organizations, is excited to announce they will be completing their first project in the state of Tennessee. The project, located at 1655 Old Columbia Road in Dickson, Tennessee, is being completed for premier frozen Asian food manufacturer Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc. (Wei-Chuan).

This marks the second collaboration between Petrucci and Wei-Chuan. Earlier this year, the firm delivered a 61,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Edison, New Jersey. Wei-Chuan operates existing factories in Tennessee and Los Angeles, as well as offices in San Francisco, Houston, Jersey City, Chicago, and Atlanta.

The 85,000-square-foot Dickson facility previously supported the packaging of Jimmy Dean products and will now support the manufacturing and packaging of Wei-Chuan’s egg roll and dumpling lines. The project will include the gut renovation of the existing facility and an addition to better support manufacturing operations.
