J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Design/Build Development of a 63,000 sq. ft., Class ‘A’ office building located at 21 Roszel Road. The three-story building features a brick façade with metal stud backup panel façade, storefront glazing system, and new security and audiovisual systems.
The building also features centralized computer operations in a state-of-the-art, temperature controlled environment and a full generator back up power supply to keep the firm and its clients working through any weather or power challenges that could arise.
