Arc Kohler School was a 33,000 sq. ft. industrial manufacturing facility that J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management converted into a state-of-the-art school for the Arc of Union County. The school serves approximately 55 children between the ages of 3 and 9 and has the capacity to serve up to 90 children. This property is another example of a Build-To-Suit project in which J.G. Petrucci redeveloped an underutilized brownfield site for the betterment of the local community.
