Situated in a prime Allentown location, this car wash on Hamilton Boulevard boasts a 3,960 sq. ft. CMU building, specifically designed for Peter Cooper and delivered by J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. The state-of-the-art car wash facility adheres to the renowned Kevin Detrick design.
Iron Hill Construction Management completed the demolition of the existing building, making way for a new car wash facility and a 112,255 sq. ft. mixed-use retail and restaurant building (developed separately by other entities). Iron Hill handled both the site development and build-out for the entire mixed-use complex.
Buckl Architects and D’Huy Engineering collaborated to create this new facility. Construction started in February 2023 and was completed in Summer 2023.
