J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. served as the Owner’s Representative for the City of Easton’s parking facility, intermodal transportation center and City Hall Building located in the downtown district.
The $34M project included 339 public parking spaces, a bus transportation hub and the relocation of Easton’s City Hall. This project streamlined the City’s plan to attract business, tourism and commerce to downtown Easton.
The parking and bus hub benefit tourism to Easton’s main attractions including the Crayola Factory Experience and State Theatre Center for the Arts, as well as benefit students and staff at nearby Lafayette College. J.G. Petrucci coordinated various local and state planning and permitting and served as the single point of contact for the City of Easton throughout the project.
