After experiencing a great deal of growth, Clinton Honda engaged J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to devise a plan that would enhance their facility’s appearance and accommodate its growing customer base.
J.G. Petrucci worked with Clinton Honda to develop plans to double the size of its existing showroom, service area, and retail operation with minimal impact on its daily operations. The new 45,000 sq. ft. facility features a brick and masonry façade with insulated metal panels, which has significantly reduced energy costs for Clinton Honda.
In addition, a 150-space, three-story post-tension concrete parking deck was designed and built adjacent to the facility. The extensive upgrades and renovations have reduced Clinton Honda’s operating cost while creating an attractive, welcoming facility for its customers.
