J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. is completing the Development and Design/Build of a 58,545 sq. ft. headquarters and retail facility for Cigar Page at 1010 Harvard Avenue in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Construction began in early 2026 and is being completed by Iron Hill Construction Management. The project will serve as the new headquarters for Brandshopper, LLC, the parent company of Cigar Page, and is expected to open in early 2027.
Designed as a unique destination for cigar enthusiasts, the facility will combine warehouse, office, and retail space. Approximately half of the building will be dedicated to retail operations, featuring a 4,400 sq. ft. humidor capable of housing up to 750,000 cigars, an indoor bar with 42 beers on tap, a 20′ stone fireplace, a keg and cooler room, and an outdoor patio with seating for over 200 guests. A 15,000 sq. ft. second-story mezzanine will house the company’s corporate offices, supporting a growing team of more than 100 employees.
Once complete, the space is expected to become the world’s largest retail cigar store, marking a major milestone for the fast-growing online retailer as it expands into its first in-person location.
