J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Development and Design/Build of a 63,000 sq. ft. Class-A office building located at 21 Roszel Road in Princeton, New Jersey. The three-story building features a brick with metal stud backup panel façade, storefront glazing system, and new security and audiovisual systems.
The building also features centralized computer operations in a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled environment and a full generator back up power supply to keep the firm and its clients working through any weather or power challenges that may arise.
