J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. completed the development & design/build of a 49,000 sq. ft. medical office building located at 3100 Emrick Blvd. in Bethlehem, PA. The medical facility is located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI and features excellent access to Routes 22, 33, and I-78.
The facility featured an imaging and diagnostic center, occupational therapy and rehabilitation center, and primary care.
Lehigh Valley Health Network acquired Coordinated Health in late 2019. The facility now offers rehabilitation services.
