After Bimbo Bakeries laid off workers and closed their Easton Operations in 2014, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. acquired the former bakery and developed a plan to transform the site into Lehigh Valley Health Network’s newest Health Center, which opened in the Spring of 2017.
J.G. Petrucci completed the development and design/build of this two-story, 40,000 sq. ft. medical office building. The new health center will create 30 new jobs and accommodate up to 15,000 patients.
Services at the Health Center include primary care for the entire family, specialty care (Pediatrics, Endoscopy and Cardiology), physical therapy and access to Health Network Laboratories.
Throughout the decade-long partnership Lehigh Valley Health Network has leased a total of 290,00 sq. ft. of real estate from J.G. Petrucci.
