After Bimbo Bakeries laid off workers and closed their Easton, Pennsylvania operations, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. acquired the former bakery and developed a plan to transform the site into Lehigh Valley Health Network’s newest Health Center.
J.G. Petrucci completed the Development and Design/Build of this two-story, 40,000 sq. ft. medical office building that created 30 healthcare jobs within the year it opened and accommodates up to 15,000 patients. Services at the Health Center include primary care for the entire family, specialty care (pediatrics, endoscopy, and cardiology), physical therapy, and access to LVHN laboratories.
Throughout the decade-long partnership with J.G. Petrucci, LVHN has leased over 380,000 sq. ft. of real estate.
