Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed a Development and Design/Build construction project that features 78 units and provides residential quarters for their patients. The full service, 24-hour assisted living facility provides the highest quality of brain injury rehabilitation services to its residents.
J.G. Petrucci obtained full development approvals in less than four months, allowing for construction to begin ahead of schedule. In addition, the $20M project includes a full-service restaurant-style family dining room with state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and design, activity rooms, physical therapy services, exercise rooms, and more.
