J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Development and Design/Build of a five-acre medical campus for Delaware Valley Residential Care (DVRC). Located in Warminster, Pennsylvania, the campus features 72 individual resident care units, a 10,000 sq. ft. treatment facility, cafeteria, and day care.
DVRC has signed a long-term lease with J.G. Petrucci to provide brain injury rehabilitation services and housing to its patients in Bucks County. The firm worked with DVRC to implement a safe approach to planning and construction to ensure maximum capabilities are achieved at the new campus.
The new facility will allow DVRC to provide a structured day setting while permitting the residents the freedom to be part of a larger residential community.
