Over the years, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. has increased its presence in Warminster, PA, acquiring several retail, office, and industrial facilities within a two-mile radius of its existing apartment community, The Station at Bucks County.
These properties include a 110,000 sq. ft. industrial space occupied by IWCO Direct, a 21,000 sq. ft. office building, a 14,000 sq. ft. Walgreens retail store and the Warminster Square and Jacksonville Plaza retail centers where J.G. Petrucci has made significant improvements since the acquisition.
In May of 2016, J.G. Petrucci continued its investment in Warminster Township by commencing construction on Jacksonville Station, a luxury apartment community adjacent to The Station at Bucks County and the Warminster Train Station.
The 10-acre site was previously home to a 697,491 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution facility. J.G. Petrucci completed the rezoning and site remediation of the property.
