After completing the rezoning and environmental remediation of an obsolete industrial site, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Development & Design/Build of a 192-unit luxury apartment community in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
Situated on 7.65 acres, The Station at Lyndhurst is located near the intersection of Valley Brook Avenue and Chubb Avenue in the Meadowlands. The luxury multi-family community features excellent access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, and other major North Jersey highways. J.G. Petrucci was able to successfully obtain development approvals in 12 months. Construction was completed in less than 16 months and the community was completely leased up in under 12 months.
