J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., in partnership with Peron Development, has completed The Gatehouse, a five-story, 44-unit apartment community located at 413 East Third Street in Bethlehem’s SouthSide Arts District. Built by Iron Hill Construction Management, the mixed-use development also features 5,600 sq. ft. of street-level retail and restaurant space.
The Gatehouse was built on a tight infill site directly adjacent to the Polk Street Parking Garage. Construction began in June 2025 and was completed in less than one year.
The community offers modern studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment layouts with amenities such as wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, oversized windows, in-unit washers and dryers, air conditioning, high-speed internet access, and pet-friendly accommodations.
