J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management are currently working on The Gatehouse, a five-story, 44-unit apartment community in Southside Bethlehem. The community is being built on a tight infill site directly adjacent to the new Polk Street parking deck, part of the city’s broader effort to support growth along the rapidly evolving Third Street corridor.
The Gatehouse will feature 5,600 sq. ft. of street-level retail and restaurant space designed to activate the streetscape and complement the area’s walkable mix of businesses and cultural destinations. Located just steps from SteelStacks and Wind Creek Bethlehem, the project continues the momentum of new residential development bringing additional residents, activity, and investment to South Bethlehem. Delivery is anticipated for Spring 2026.
