After working diligently with the Chalfont Borough, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. revitalized an old, worn-down building into a new residential facility that features 69 luxury apartments. The Patriot Station at Chalfont is currently 60% leased and includes one- and two-bedroom units complete with modern amenities like stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, and full-size washers and dryers in each unit.
J.G. Petrucci, along with the assistance of the Borough of Chalfont, has made significant capital improvements to the area, including roadway and sidewalk improvements and the installation of ADA-compliant ramps. This new development has created jobs, attracted new residents, and provided easy access to the City of Philadelphia via the Chalfont Train Station.
In addition to this project, J.G. Petrucci acquired the adjacent property that formerly served as a church. The firm has plans to redevelop the church into a restaurant that will serve as an added amenity for the residents at Patriot Station at Chalfont.
