J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. partnered with TD+ Partners, the East Orange Housing Authority, and the City of East Orange to transform a vacant site into a vibrant mixed-use development with luxury apartments and retail space.
Situated on North Walnut and Williams Street, the new community includes 172 luxury apartments and ground-floor retail space that is home to a Playa Bowls franchise. The development includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, 30% of which are designated affordable housing. Units were built with modern finishes, floating kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, and central air, while community amenities include a fitness center, business center, and a private terrace courtyard.
The Station at East Orange has provided employment opportunities, boosted economic activity, and assisted with revitalizing the City of East Orange.
