J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Development and Design/Build of a 218-unit luxury apartment community on a 6.8-acre site that is located a few miles from another Petrucci Residential community, The Station at Lyndhurst.
Iron Hill Construction Management completed the demolition of a vacant 81,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office building and elevated the construction site one foot above the flood plain before undertaking pile driving to provide a foundation for the new structure. J.G. Petrucci rezoned the land from Light Industrial A to Residential, and received all development approvals within 12 months. The result is The Winston at Lyndhurst: a four-story, podium-style building above structured parking.
