J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. recently completed the development and design/build of a 218-unit luxury apartment community that is located a few miles from its existing community – The Station at Lyndhurst.
After the 6.8-acre site sat vacant since 2007, J.G. Petrucci completed the demolition of the 81,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office building and elevated the construction site one foot above the flood plain before undertaking pile driving to provide a foundation for the new structure.
The Winston is a four-story, podium-style building above structured parking. J.G. Petrucci achieved the property’s highest and best use by rezoning it from Light Industrial A to Residential and received all development approvals within 12 months.
