In October 2011, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. was named the Master Redeveloper and Smart Growth Coordinator of the former Maplewood Police Station. Working closely with the Township of Maplewood, J.G. Petrucci was able to revitalize the environmentally contaminated site and completed the development and design/build of this 50-unit luxury apartment community adjacent to the Maplewood Train Station.
The luxury apartment complex is LEED-Certified and qualified for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® for multifamily certification and Home Innovation’s National Green Building Standard, signifying our commitment to environmental stewardship.
