After successfully completing the rezoning and land approvals process for a blighted industrial site, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. delivered a 257-unit luxury apartment community that is adjacent to the SEPTA Station on Jacksonville Road in Warminster, Pennsylvania.
The luxury apartment community is comprised of 21 buildings, a crystal blue swimming pool, and a resident clubhouse with a lounge and state-of-the-art fitness center. The one- and two-bedroom apartments are complete with eat-in kitchens, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and washers and dryers in each unit.
Over the years, J.G. Petrucci has worked closely with Warminster Township officials to ensure Warminster is viewed as an ideal location to live, work and play. Since 2009, J.G. Petrucci has made a $75M investment in the township, including improvements such as a new traffic signal, the addition of a new, second roadway leading to the Warminster Train Station, and the addition of 30 surface parking spaces to the existing train station parking lot.
