The new facility features a 6,275 sq. ft. high pile storage freezer, 6,052 sq. ft. of office space, and 3,448 sq. ft. of shell space that will be used the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. With the help of J.G. Petrucci, Norac USA was able to expedite development approvals, receive a funding proposal from DCED that included a $186,000 Pennsylvania First Grant, $124,000 in job creation tax credits, and $27,900 in WEDnetPA funding for employee training, according to the state.
