In Freeland, PA, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management delivered a 99,227 sq. ft. expansion to Citterio’s existing food processing facility. Citterio is a producer of premium Italian charcuterie, including prosciutto, salami, and cooked hams.
The expansion included a three-story, 57,132 sq. ft. addition designed for dry-aging operations, along with a one-story, 42,095 sq. ft. refrigerated warehouse. This Design/Build project was executed to meet strict food-grade standards and enhance Citterio’s production and cold storage capacity.
