J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. is completing the Development and Design/Build for Il Pastaio’s first United States manufacturing facility, a 71,300 sq. ft building at Great Stream Commons business park in Union County, Pennsylvania. The project represents a $12.5M investment and will expand the Italian company’s gnocchi production capabilities to serve the growing North American market.
The facility, built by Iron Hill Construction Management, is expected to create at least 74 full time jobs. Strategically located within a Keystone Opportunity Zone, the project highlights Pennsylvania’s strength in manufacturing and agriculture while reinforcing the region’s role as a destination for global food producers establishing U.S. operations.
