J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Development and Design/Build of a 256,000 sq. ft. cold storage facility for a leading Canadian truck transportation company, Slingshot Transportation, in Vineland, New Jersey.
Located at 1615 West Garden Road, the new Class-A facility is situated on 43 acres and offers easy access to I-295. A sought-after location for its strong economic base, tax abatement programs, and industries, Vineland provides quick and easy access to all major highways and over a third of the United States population.
The building features a conventional steel structure frame with 5” insulated metal panels, temperature-controlled storage rooms, a CO2 rack system, 55 dock positions, two drive-up ramps, 179 parking stalls, and 57 trailer storage stalls.
