Keystone Natural Holdings was operating out of a smaller-industrial space in Northern Philadelphia and recognized their need for additional space. The vegan/vegetarian food manufacturer worked closely with J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to help expand their manufacturing efforts.
J.G. Petrucci renovated a vacant food-grade facility for Keystone located in Delaware County, totaling 60,000 sq. ft., that could accommodate the international company’s manufacturing demands. The vacant space was retrofitted to include top-of-the-line USDA, food-grade coolers, freezers, and processing space. J.G. Petrucci worked closely with multiple teams from Taiwan and Japan to ensure that their facility would be delivered under their tight timeline, preventing any disruption to Keystone’s manufacturing process.
