J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. partnered with Keystone Natural Holdings, an international producer of plant-based food products, to deliver a larger, modernized production facility. Keystone sought to expand its manufacturing capabilities as it was previously operating out of a limited industrial space in North Philadelphia.
Iron Hill Construction Management was brought in to retrofit a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Delaware County that met the company’s specialized operational needs. The site was transformed to include advanced USDA-compliant processing areas, including high performance coolers, freezers, and hygienic production zones. J.G. Petrucci coordinated closely with international teams from Japan and Taiwan to meet an accelerated construction schedule, ensuring Keystone’s production timeline remained uninterrupted.
