J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the development & design/build of this USDA-inspected food processing and distribution facility for Bethlehem Sausage Works. The state-of-the-art facility features insulated metal panels with split face masonry façades, multiple smokehouses, epoxy flooring, multiple food-grade refrigerated kitchen and freezer rooms, and a mezzanine area for extra storage. The building was strategically designed to accommodate the future need for business expansion and growth.
