J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. continued its multi-year partnership with Chan & Chan USA Inc., the top producer of frozen Chinese foods in the United States, on the renovation and expansion of its Bethlehem, Pennsylvania campus. J.G. Petrucci worked closely with Chan & Chan to renovate two existing manufacturing buildings that the company purchased at 2320 Avenue A into USDA/FDA-compliant food-grade processing and cold storage facilities. The Brooklyn-based company chose the Lehigh Valley due to the business-friendly environment, deep labor pool, and strong infrastructure.
After five years and five phases of Design/Build renovations and expansion, J.G. Petrucci continues to deliver value for Chan & Chan. Along with Iron Hill Construction Management, J.G. Petrucci recently constructed a 35,000 sq. ft. fully automated cooler and freezer expansion to accommodate Chan & Chan’s rapidly growing business.
