J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Design/Build renovation of a 101,250 sq. ft. food-grade building for SunOpta, Inc., a leading global company focused on natural, organic, and specialty food products.
In just six short months, J.G. Petrucci and Iron Hill Construction Management converted a former industrial facility to a state-of-the-art organic food manufacturing facility. The new building boosted SunOpta’s aseptic processing and filling footprint to better serve its customers. The firm hired 50 new employees at the facility and is now able to offer its customers one of the largest integrated nondairy aseptic beverage processing platforms in North America.
