J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. is completing the Development and Design/Build of a 61,000 sq. ft. Class-A food-grade cold storage and food processing facility for Wei-Chuan USA, Inc. in Edison, New Jersey. The project marks Wei-Chuan’s first East Coast distribution location and represents a major expansion for the leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality Asian food products.
The project will include a 3,000 sq. ft. cooler and a 21,000 sq. ft. freezer designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern cold storage operations. The goal of the project is to enhance Wei-Chuan’s ability to efficiently serve customers throughout the Northeast.
