Accurate Box’s former facility included an open courtyard space in the center of the structure. That area was enclosed to expand the factory operations and improve workflow. The renovation also included significant improvements to the incoming deliveries and rolled stock inventory, laminating, die-cutting, gluing, finished goods inventory, outboard shipping, and litho-lam packaging stations. In addition to the renovations, J.G. Petrucci constructed a new 300,000 sq. ft. warehouse that connects the former shipping warehouse.
The facility remained operational throughout the duration of the renovations and expansion. The project was strategically phased so as not to disrupt operations.
