J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed a series of strategic renovations and expansions at Accurate Box’s facility to enhance efficiency and support growth. The project enclosed a central courtyard to create additional manufacturing space and improve workflow, while also upgrading critical areas including incoming deliveries, rolled stock inventory, laminating, die-cutting, gluing, finished goods inventory, outboard shipping, and litho-lam packaging stations.
In addition, J.G. Petrucci and Iron Hill constructed a new 300,000 sq. ft. warehouse that seamlessly connected to the existing shipping warehouse. To ensure uninterrupted operations, the project was carefully phased, allowing Accurate Box to continue production throughout the construction process.
