J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed a major warehouse expansion and facility renovation for Touch Dynamic, a leading manufacturer of advanced point-of-sale (POS) hardware headquartered in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Since 2001, Touch Dynamic has delivered award-winning touchscreen computers, kiosks, mobile POS systems, compact PCs, and touchscreen monitors designed for a wide range of industries.
In 2017, we worked with Iron Hill Construction Management to complete a full interior redevelopment of the company’s newly acquired headquarters facility. The original project included the complete renovation of office space, bathrooms, breakrooms, storage areas, production space, and warehouse operations.
To support continued company growth, Touch Dynamic again partnered with us in 2025 for the Design/Build of a 16,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion and extensive upgrades to the existing 38,000 sq. ft. facility. The expansion included the construction of a new 36-foot clear precast warehouse addition featuring a 60 mil TPO roofing system and ESFR sprinkler system. Additional improvements included the complete roof replacement of the existing facility, an approximately 7,000 sq. ft. expansion of the production area, and office renovations and modifications.
