J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the environmental remediation of this 22-acre brownfield site and constructed a 42,500 sq. ft. speculative shell building now occupied by a Canadian manufacturer of masonry blocks for outdoor patios, walls, staircases and other structures. Techo-Bloc Corporation purchased the shell building in 2002 and recalled J.G. Petrucci to complete an immediate 14,500 sq. ft. expansion, along with a 35,000 sq. ft. expansion five years later. The project received over $371,450 in financing from the Workforce and Economic Development Network of Pennsylvania and was honored with the Governor’s Award for Local Government Excellence.
