J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management are completing a 50,000 sq. ft. expansion for Bosch Rexroth at 2300 City Line Road in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The addition will enhance operations at the company’s existing facility, improving lead times and supporting continued growth in the Lehigh Valley. With roots in the region dating back to 1967, Bosch Rexroth’s ongoing investment underscores its long-standing commitment to Bethlehem’s industrial community.
The expansion will deliver modern, state-of-the-art space tailored to Bosch Rexroth’s drive, control, and automation technologies. Designed to connect seamlessly to the existing facility, the addition is being constructed with the precision required to support Bosch Rexroth’s advanced AutoStore system, including an exceptionally flat floor. The project also incorporates structural steel framing, high-performance mechanical systems, and upgraded utilities to meet the company’s rigorous manufacturing standards. Despite challenges such as unsuitable soils and ongoing operations within the adjacent active facility, the team remains on track for completion in Q2 2026.
