AP Deauville

AP Deauville is a personal grooming products company that was looking to relocate their manufacturing facility from New Jersey to the Lehigh Valley, PA. AP Deauville purchased a vacant 170,000 sq. ft. former manufacturing facility and hired J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. as design/builder. The project included the demolition of existing office and mezzanine space, new mechanical, plumbing and electrical distribution to feed multiple production lines, and the construction of 10,000 sq. ft of Class A office space. J.G. Petrucci was able to phase out the project in order to allow AP Deauville to start production as soon as possible.
