J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the development and design/build of a state-of-the-art 116,011 sq. ft., four-story world headquarters for Thorlabs at 56 Sparta Avenue in Newton, New Jersey.
The project marks the commencement of a major redevelopment initiative of the town’s historically known manufacturing and industrial hub and serves as a benchmark for future redevelopment projects.
The facility was designed to incorporate green building features and can accommodate future phases of expansions up to 350,000 sq. ft.; ensuring the long-term allegiance of Thorlabs to the town of Newton.
