Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Development & Design/Build of a 180,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art research, development, & heavy manufacturing facility for Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Land development approvals were obtained in less than six months for the facility, which includes 145,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, testing and warehouse space, as well as over 30,000 sq. ft. of office space.
