J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Development and Design/Build of Flexicon Corporation’s U.S. Headquarters, followed by a major 70,000 sq. ft. expansion to support the company’s continued growth.
The original 91,000 sq. ft. facility was tailored to Flexicon’s precise manufacturing and operational needs. Building on the success of that project, J.G. Petrucci was re-engaged to deliver a substantial addition that includes a dedicated area for new product development, expanded office space, training and meeting rooms, a modern cafeteria, and enhanced logistics infrastructure featuring ten loading docks and two drive-in doors.
