After finding the perfect site and completing the development and design/build of a 91,000 sq. ft. U.S. Headquarters for Flexicon, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. continued the relationship with the growing manufacturing firm by completing a 70,000 sq. ft. expansion.
The expansion created an area for new product development, ten (10) loading docks, two (2) drive-in doors, additional office space, meeting/training rooms, and a cafeteria for the company’s staff. Since then, they have leased an additional 50,280 sq. ft., marking their third project with J.G. Petrucci.
