Expanding an active manufacturing campus, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed a 75,000 sq. ft. addition for Phoenix Tube Company at its Bethlehem, Pennsylvania facility. The expansion is located adjacent to Phoenix Tube’s existing 200,000 sq. ft. building and was delivered to support continued growth in stainless steel manufacturing operations.
The new structure adds dedicated space for heavy manufacturing, warehousing, and offices, as well as a 3,200 sq. ft. mezzanine level designed to accommodate office and storage functions. The expansion was thoughtfully integrated into the existing site to allow Phoenix Tube the flexibility to scale operations while maintaining efficient workflows across the campus.
